Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Buyselltext.com, a content creation platform owned and operated by KKDN Inc. This service allows clients to place orders for web content, which are then fulfilled by freelance writers. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use the Service.
Account Registration and Management
When registering and managing your account on Buyselltext.com, it's recommended to use complex passwords to safeguard your account. While we strive to protect your account, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and are not liable for any losses that may occur as a result of a breach of your account or our systems.
Delivery Times
We do not guarantee delivery timeframes, except for orders that include the 24-hour add-on service. If the 24-hour delivery add-on is purchased and the content is not delivered within this timeframe, only the cost of the add-on service will be refunded, not the cost of the content itself. Delivery times can vary depending on order volumes and other factors. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for deliveries that take longer than the estimated timeframe.
Order Cancellations
Clients can request to cancel their orders, but cancellation is not guaranteed. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not been selected by writers. If an order has been selected by a writer, it is ineligible for cancellation and refund, even if the writer has not yet started writing it.
Refunds
Upon request, we can refund your remaining balance. However, a 5% fee is deducted from your balance to cover associated costs, and any bulk deposit bonuses earned during the life of your account will be subtracted from the refund amount. In certain cases, this might result in no refund being available if the combined deductions exceed the remaining balance. Regularly requesting refunds may result in the closure of your account.
Payment and Pricing
The minimum deposit amount is $10. For Canadian depositors, we will charge 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). The HST is calculated based on the USD value of the deposit and will be charged in USD.
Content Ownership
Upon delivery and acceptance of the content, full rights are transferred to the client. However, if a refund is requested for delivered content, the rights to that content revert back to KKDN Inc. Clients may not publish or use any content for which they received a refund.
Responsibility for Content Accuracy
While we endeavor to ensure the quality of content delivered, we do not guarantee its accuracy. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the final published article meets their standards for accuracy and safety.
Confidentiality and Privacy
By registering on Buyselltext.com, you agree to receive communications from us, including marketing messages and emails regarding your account and orders. You can opt out of these messages by unsubscribing. You can also manage some of the order-related emails you receive from your account page on Buyselltext.
Prohibited Uses
We strictly prohibit orders that promote or request coverage of illegal activities. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order that contradicts our values or violates this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
KKDN Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by clients while using the Service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first try to resolve it with us informally. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the dispute in this manner, you agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy through arbitration conducted in Ontario, Canada.
Modifications to the Terms of Service
KKDN Inc. reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between KKDN Inc. and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and it may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of KKDN Inc., or by the posting by KKDN Inc. of a revised version.
